Ed-zoo-cational adventures & Zoomobile PROGRAM TOPICS
Behind the Scenes Tour
This popular program takes you backstage at the Zoo! Get answers to
questions like “What do animals eat?” or “What happens when an animal gets
sick?”. An educator will lead your group on a tour and take you into areas
that are normally closed to the public.

Ed-Zoo-cational Adventures
Get a chance to meet some of our animal ambassadors during our exciting
ed-zoo-cational adventures at the zoo. Your group can choose from a variety of
topics, from Scales, Feathers and Fur for the little ones to Amazing Animal
Adaptations, we’ve got something for everyone. Some of our teaching tools
include biofacts and live animals, so come prepared for sensory overload. School
Groups pay just $1 / participant

Zoomobiles
Bring the zoo to you, with just a phone call our animal ambassadors can
visit your school or facility. Using biofacts, activities and up-close animal
encounters we bring the outside world inside to you. Choose from a variety of
programs, designed for all age groups to help fulfill State Standards.
Costs
start at $80.00 for Peoria residents and $130.00 for non-residents.
